The experience was awesome. Dr. Kunter is a great doctor, compassionate, empathetic, and listens, and her staff was great, too. I would definitely recommend her. Since it's an oncology office, I'm glad I don't have to go back there, but if I had something to answer, she's definitely the doctor I would trust and go to, and feel like I had the best chance of beating it. Glad I don't, but the staff are amazing, and she's amazing. And that's it. And that's all I have to say.

I would like to recommend on the reminder calls that are sent ahead of the appointment to the patient the option to press a key indicating that they are confirming that they are coming. The current system only allows the patient the callback number and then you the patient have to call back to the office to confirm that you are coming which has to double or triple the phone calls that the staff are having to deal with when other things are more important. I really recommend this. This would be such a help to the patient and such a help to the staff. Please add that feature in the future to your reminder calls.

They took blood tests, thqt came back that evening of. My appt. I have 3 that came back pretty HIGH, thought nurse would call me and go over this with me.

Dr Kunter was very accommodating. I have a serious diagnosis. I have done 4 Folfirinox infusions, and it is a difficult regimen. For the best possible outcome I need to continue on this regimen. I asked for a two week reprieve before starting the next six infusions. She didn't hesitate. I was prepared to explain why I wanted that time, but I didn't have to. Dr Kunter and staff know it's a brutal chemo regimen. She knew I needed the time to mentally and physically prepare for what will most likely be ongoing treatment. Dr Kunter and staff embody compassion along with an abundance of medical knowledge.

It was impossible to get an appointment that the doctor wanted me to have in Atlanta. I needed more time, you know, he only gave me this afternoon. They worked on it hard in the office. I worked hard on it at home. Nobody is available that quick. We need more time to set up that kind of an appointment. Remote in my hand, please. Sorry.
