Dr deriso is knowledgeable and listens thoroughly. My issue is with the MA. I have a male first name. Each one of my visits he calls me by my last name with no handle. Instead adding a handle as Ms. Each time I tell him and when I return he still says my last name only. Plus my files should say I am female.

Well, what I thought was really well was my provider always sit and listen very carefully. By me being a minister, we see things eye to eye. We touch bases because we both have very important positions. Me as a man of God and my provider as a doctor, we both are counselors and this is important about treatment and care. That's what I love about my doctors.
