Yeah, hi. So we went to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up the medication, but the medication did not, you know, went through the Signa insurance. So they asked me to call the doctor and inform, but I'm trying to reach the hospital, but no one is taking the call. I'm giving a voice mail from morning. There's no response. So yeah, that's it. Now I'm going to Signa. I'm discussing with Signa what's happening, but I'm not able to reach Wellstar. Thank you.

I received multiple texts for my daughter's appointment that said "see you at 8:30 AM" for my daughter's appointment. To me, when I saw that time, I planned to arrive at 8:15 AM to be timely to the appointment. Being just a tad early, and to my dismay, my real appointment wasn't until 8:45 AM, nor could I check in when I arrived. The front desk lady made me wait until 8:20 AM to check in. First, it would be helpful if the text said, "Please arrive at X:XX for your X:XX appointment." In an attempt to lessen the confusion. Secondly, I wished I had better treatment at check-in. Being told I couldn't check in for my appointment early was disappointing. As a mother, having my children at a "boring" doctor's appointment isn't fun for ANYONE!
