Yes, my visit was very pleasant. She was very thorough. She was very polite. She explained everything that was going on with me. She listened to everything I had to say. She was very professional. She knew what she was doing. And I thoroughly was impressed. And I probably better than any doctor's office I've ever been to. She was very, very good. I will be seeing her again.

Everyone was so polite and concerned about me. Everyone gave me their name immediately. A wonderful experience!

The NP never looked at me or assessed me before just prescribing me medication. My primary care could have done better than she did. She acknowledged that I did not look satisfied with my visit or outcome yet did not attempt to do anything different. I went to a ENT specialist to have a specialist level of care not to receive a prescription from a NP that never even assessed me first. This visit was a total waste of my time. Now I have 21 days of antibiotics to take before I can even begin to get some relief or action plan. I could not recommend a worse doctor than thos one. I never felt like what I said was listened to or considered. I was just told that this was the steps that had to be taken according to the insurance company but again never even assessed me further than asking questions.

The person that I saw was very nice and pleasant as far as the information she gave me was concerned. But I have to go back. It was not completed at all and it was not handled in a manner that was satisfactory as far as I'm concerned, at least the machine that was used. So I do have an appointment to return. And the only thing I can say is that a different kind of machine for the ear exam should be, you know, added to your staff members' devices. Otherwise, everything was nice and pleasant and the person was, and thank you. And I have a continued appointment. It was not completed.
