I was very pleased with the way they treated me and the fact that I could hear they spoke so that I could and that they were also so willing to include my husband and let him answer some of the questions that I simply couldn't hear.

Essentially, the computer system keep referencing that my insurance copay was 340$. Took several attempts to finally get right. The lady who treated me acted professionally. I explained my ear problem; said, I had seen another doctor who had prescribed two medications. So, far from seeing the first provider nothing has really changed. After this provider checked my ears nose and throat told me to keep taking medication that there could be a form of blockage caused by a allergy. No other tests or treatment ; so, I still have the problem.

My grandson was hungry, and she got him some little snacks and a water. And she went above and beyond the call of duty. I just was really impressed.
