Yes, hi. I did not get a detailed explanation for the test results that I had done. And also I had told the doctor that I had pain in my thoracic spine and for some reason the lab did not understand the order and they did a lumbar back x-ray instead. And if that was not bad enough, they did, I came the next day and they did the thoracic spine x-ray but they charged me again for the order. So I'm not happy that I had to pay twice for the same x-ray that I wanted. So it would be nice if they would refund the second test because they didn't do the first one the right way to begin with and that was not my fault so I don't know why I have to pay twice.
