What you did really well was the outside setup, the people who greeted us at the door, the people at the counter, and the people who took us to the rooms until we actually seen the actual doctor was excellent. My doctor was pretty good, but I don't know her well enough to know, say I can't, would recommend her to my family. But it was too cold in there. And the third thing was, is that once you got in the backpack of seeing the doctors, the caregiving nurses was excellent. The overall nurse, I don't think I've seen her at all. That's pretty much it.

Fernanda is absolutely amazing- her genuine love, compassion, kindness and knowledge is apparent in every single interaction she has ever had with my mother. She leads the team by perfect example. We were the last ones to be seen and understandably ready to go home. My mom had an upside stomach several times, Fernanda and an incredibly kind staff member (scheduler and another staffer..?) stayed back with Fernanda to get my mother properly taken care of and even rescheduled my mom for a follow up apt. Everyone was so kind and courteous with us. I was so taken aback by everyone's selflessness. Fernanda even made my mom tea to calm her stomach and nerves. I can't say enough of this experience. Truly all professionals who love their patients and believe in what they do. Thank you all so very much. Your office is golden.
