Dr. Dew's bedside manner is impeccable! She listens and she is thorough in her instructions. I wish I would've gotten the name of her assistant/nurse because she is really polite and professional (the beautiful sista with the two braids) I have seen different doctors with WellStar over the years and she is the first and only who I feel comfortable with and I feel who actually listens. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism. Also, I can't forget about the 3 ladies at the front-very polite and professional.

My only issue is twice I have had an appointment at 1300. My chart tells me to arrive at 1245. I get there both times and the office is closed for lunch. The door stated the office is open from 0800- 1700. No mention of closing for lunch. Both times I have seen patients very upset and one yesterday actually pulled off mad. Just would be nice since the office knows this is an issue if they would call patients the day before and tell them not to arrive until 1300. Love the office staff and Dr. Dew.
