Turning into the parking lot from Church St. is very dangerous. Traffic coming out of the square is heavy and often, speeding. There needs to be a turn arrow.

This was my first visit. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone listened carefully to me and took the time to understand my concerns and questions. I did not feel rushed. I am very impressed and chose the right PCP to switch to.

I had my first appointment with Dr. F. Mohammad to establish PCP care and for abdominal pain x3 days. She listened to my concerns, reviewed my past CT scans and medical hx, and referred me for STAT CT scan of my abdomen. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Her front desk staff were also wonderful. They were able to advocate for me to get a sooner appointment since the next available scan was x2 weeks away. I was able to come to the hospital the next day for 7:30am scan. My results did come back with some new changes, so I'm just waiting for them to be reviewed by my care team and next steps. Thank you to Wellstar for providing exceptional service and patient care. I work at Northside, but come to Wellstar for my care needs because of the service here.

Dr. Mohammad is amazing! She is genuinely concerned with providing the best care. A great listener and explains things clearly. I do have one not-so-stellar comment about my last experience. The phlebotomist should not be popping and cracking gum, and should probably not have Court TV on while at work. This way they can better concentrate on the job at hand.

I believe that dr. Mohammad is an exceptional person. She really dives in, gives you her attention and I believe she cares, which to me is a very important attribute to have as a doctor. To me, she is a gem in the wellstar healthcare system and I am extremely happy that she is my doctor and my families doctor. You guys should really appreciate her and show her some gratitude, I have unfortunately been witness to the wellstar system due to illnesses with friends and family and I can honestly say that not all doctors are the same.

She was fine, but she said I probably shouldn't come back, that I should go to your GME place or something. And I don't really understand the difference, but she said they can help me better, which is good, except I just wanted a doctor like her to help me. But she said that you guys don't accept Medicaid that much, so that's a problem for me and many other people. Thanks.
