Dr. Mohammad has A plus bedside manner. I am highly displeased with the lack of communication prior to and after appointments. I called 4 days prior to my appt and left a message requesting a call back to have a particular order placed so the results could be back BEFORE my appt. No call back. Order placed at appt, as I was aware it would've been placed with additional lab work. Results came back and within 10 mins of Dr. Mohammad releasing her interpretation of my results, I responded because one was abn. Inquiring about next step, 96 hrs later, still no response. Restructuring needs to happen with this practice. Hire a triage nurse(RN/LPN) to respond to EXISTING patient's concerns via mychart/ phone. Where is the care in healthCARE? I understand reaching monthly Physician quotas, but if it means providing lackluster care to patient's, those bonuses should be revoked. I'm concerned about my health. Still waiting on a response.

In some areas of my exam, it was like she didn't hear what I was telling her. When she ask about meds, if I wanted her to refill. My answer was no, on a cream , I was using. She refilled it , my pharmacy called, for me to pick up. I don't need, and will not pick up. There was a cost of $29. She questioned me about why she had to repeat some things. I'm not a new patient, and my records state, that I wear hearing aids. I thought she was very rude.

The phlebotomist that took my blood did a great job. I let her know that I had rolling veins and she got my vein in one go and pretty much painlessly. So, I really appreciated that.

I'm an ex nurse, and I took my 84 y/o mom. Every part of the visit was perfect and thsys super hard to achieve! The lady at the front desk was smiling, the nurse or ma was delightful. My mom spilled water and she was so sweet and quick to clean it up while making my mom feel less embarrassed..Dr Mohammed was very attentive and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of time to ask questions. Great job Wellstar!!

Yes, when I showed up, there was no parking space, so I had to circle around three times. Then when I finally got a parking space, I parked. When I got into the building, they told me they couldn't see me because I was 15 minutes late. I drove all the way up there and they told me they couldn't see me, and I was very disappointed. And then they wanted to reschedule me and I had to wait a whole other month for, you know, to reschedule me. So I was not happy with my visit, and you need to get your parking. So people, if you schedule somebody for an appointment, at least have parking space available for them to park so they can get the appointment on time so that the doctors will not refuse to see them.

The nurse that answers my chart is not very empathetic. And the nurse that checked us in, the same thing. Not very empathetic, wanted to rush through everything. And so the doctor, I don't think really knew exactly what she was walking into when she came into the room. That's kind of their job as an MA or an RN when they're working up a patient in the very beginning. That's all the feedback that I have. They need to do a little bit better. Mohammad is phenomenal.

Dr. Mohammad has A plus bedside manner. I am highly displeased with the lack of communication prior to and after appointments. I called 4 days prior to my appt and left a message requesting a call back to have a particular order placed so the results could be back BEFORE my appt. No call back. Order placed at appt, as I was aware it would've been placed with additional lab work. Results came back and within 10 mins of Dr. Mohammad releasing her interpretation of my results, I responded because one was abn. Inquiring about next step, 96 hrs later, still no response. Restructuring needs to happen with this practice. Hire a triage nurse(RN/LPN) to respond to EXISTING patient's concerns via mychart/ phone. Where is the care in healthCARE? I understand reaching monthly Physician quotas, but if it means providing lackluster care to patient's, those bonuses should be revoked. I'm concerned about my health. Still waiting on a response.

I would like communication improved, especially through the MyChart messaging or at least whoever reviews the MyChart messaging, getting back to the doctor with the proper information.

Everyone so nice and such a nice office. Dr Mohammad is so kind and takes all the time you need and so thorough. The lab girl was excellent.
