My initial impression was of the waiting room... bare , stark, and corner table that is basically bare, and chairs. No wall hanging, rugs, reading paraphernalia, no TV, background music, boxes of tissue, hand sanitizer. Very bare and cold. The single receptionist was cordial, and polite when asking me questions. She answered all my questions. My wait was longer than I anticipated, there was one fellow that walked into the waiting room from the door for patients. The man waiting when I got there was called in. Then when he came out, I was finally called in. I had waited only about 45 minutes. The assistant came into the patient room. She was very kind, and asked all questions politely. She was great. Then the Esther came in... she was terrific! Checked me over, asked questions, let me speak and ask my questions. Was very kind and courteous also!
