The wait times are horrendous, same as always. You ask me to show up 15 minutes early, I get there 15 minutes before that, and then wait an additional 30 minutes past my appointment time. That's an hour of waiting, why? When I said to my doctor that she must have been busy today she replied "no, not at all." Well great, thanks for wasting an hour of my time for no reason. You guys need to fix this because I've never waited less than 30 minutes. Why should I show up on time if you won't respect my time?
