She takes the initiative to think outside the box and that's so helpful to someone who is hearing impaired, because one size does not fit all in this instance. Erin is a gem and I recommend her all the time. She has now relocated and it is quite a distance to drive but I certainly intend to keep seeing her.

Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and professional. I waited about 5 minutes before my appointment started. They were very considerate of my time, but took time to speak with me about my test scores.

Was there for 2 hours. Audiology appointment was at 9:15 and didn't see the doctor until 10:30. Appointments need to be booked closer together. Was hard to manage 2 toddlers for that amount of time.
