The entire staff were very warm and welcoming and me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was just a number. Dr. Bennett had excellent bed sign manner. She is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend her.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough great things about the great Chick-fil-A customer service I was provided by my provider, Dr. I think it's Erica, just made me feel so comfortable. She was very kind, listened to me, got to know me. She didn't rush me, made me feel seen and heard, and I just appreciated her kindness, her gentleness, her intentionality about my care. Definitely, she is just a gift from God. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. I was with my other practice for 20 years, and I am so thoroughly impressed with her.

It was good just wish the information from the online check in and the call from the nurse was in the chart. The provider did not have my full chart to review including medications she had prescribed via a phone call so we wasted time discussing things that were irrelevant at the time of the visit.

Yes, not improved at all because I told the provider I was not happy about a hospital and marking under a study at home. I should refused to listen is the way I feel. I do not like hospitals. I do not want to be put in a hospital. So that's all I got to say about it.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the office, the ability to use the restroom inside the office. Very pleased with the doctor. However, the time that was indicated on the text was totally inaccurate. We waited an hour. And so if you can improve on your automatic information, automated information, that would be helpful.

Dr. Bennett was by far the best neurologist I've seen since having horrible pain the past year. Dr. Bennett listened to all of my concerns. She pinpointed what the problem was and addressed appropriately. She also called me to follow up with scheduling radiology. I've never had a doctor call me before. She is incredible. I want to send her an edible arrangement or a thank you gift because I'm so indebted to her care. She really has been the best provider I've seen at WellSTAR Neurology in a long time and I'm so grateful I saw her.

Parking was insanely bad. Took almost 15 min to find a space. Many cars were circling up and down from top to bottom. We passed the same cars a few times. We asked for a video call for the follow up, to avoid dealing with parking. I really miss the old building! Dr Bennett was lovely. Very professional and kind to our autistic adult son.

Dr. Bennett is wonderful. I feel very fortunate that she is able to care for my mother as she ages and as we are learning more about Alzheimer's. And she's also done a fantastic job helping her manage her headaches. What really stands out to me about Dr. Bennett is she spends a lot of time with her patients making sure they feel comfortable with the news and their medical care and make sure that we have an opportunity to ask any questions. And she is very thorough and kind as she explains what is going on medically. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bennett and already have to others. Thank you.

I came in day prior and had a really nice discussion with front desk staff to be sure I was all set with paperwork etc. When I arrived on the day of my appointment the front desk staff that checked me in could have been friendlier. She appeared tired and bored and really not want to be there. When checking out the office person who gave me my instructions did a great job reviewing my EVS with me. I think a little bit more reinforcement on welcoming the patients could benefit this practice. My doctor was great, and I enjoyed meeting the team.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the office, the ability to use the restroom inside the office. Very pleased with the doctor. However, the time that was indicated on the text was totally inaccurate. We waited an hour. And so if you can improve on your automatic information, automated information, that would be helpful.

Yes, not improved at all because I told the provider I was not happy about a hospital and marking under a study at home. I should refused to listen is the way I feel. I do not like hospitals. I do not want to be put in a hospital. So that's all I got to say about it.

It was good just wish the information from the online check in and the call from the nurse was in the chart. The provider did not have my full chart to review including medications she had prescribed via a phone call so we wasted time discussing things that were irrelevant at the time of the visit.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough great things about the great Chick-fil-A customer service I was provided by my provider, Dr. I think it's Erica, just made me feel so comfortable. She was very kind, listened to me, got to know me. She didn't rush me, made me feel seen and heard, and I just appreciated her kindness, her gentleness, her intentionality about my care. Definitely, she is just a gift from God. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. I was with my other practice for 20 years, and I am so thoroughly impressed with her.

The entire staff were very warm and welcoming and me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was just a number. Dr. Bennett had excellent bed sign manner. She is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend her.
