Dr. Bennett is wonderful. I feel very fortunate that she is able to care for my mother as she ages and as we are learning more about Alzheimer's. And she's also done a fantastic job helping her manage her headaches. What really stands out to me about Dr. Bennett is she spends a lot of time with her patients making sure they feel comfortable with the news and their medical care and make sure that we have an opportunity to ask any questions. And she is very thorough and kind as she explains what is going on medically. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bennett and already have to others. Thank you.

I called the office to make an appt because Im having a lot of migraines and this time around was really strong and I had a huge lymph node on my neck and one on my forehead/by my right eye. The assistant told me the only opening the office would have was for the day I went . I showed up, the assistant had me sign all the documents and just told me to sit down. 10 mins later she calls my name and says she would need to reschedule me. Without any explanation. I asked what happened and she said the dr was in a meeting. I had taken the day off so I could go to the dr and completely wasted my time.

Overall, a great experience. I came in day prior and had a really nice discussion with front desk staff to be sure I was all set with paperwork etc. When I arrived on the day of my appointment the front desk staff that checked me in could have been friendlier. She appeared tired and bored and really not want to be there. When checking out the office person who gave me my instructions did a great job reviewing my EVS with me. I think a little bit more reinforcement on welcoming the patients could benefit this practice. My doctor was great, and I enjoyed meeting the team.

I was on the phone waiting for over 40 minutes. When it got to 30 minutes past the visit time, I had to go. My time is just as important. I did get a call by someone to check me in but Dr Bennett never showed by 30 minutes after scheduled time.

She listened to ALL of my needs and helped me find a solution to the core problems. I really appreciate every single person that I met today. From Dr. Bennett, to Ivette, to Nikki, and to the LPN with amazing locs in her hair. Everyone was so kind, caring, understanding, and empathetic. They are the gold standard for healthcare treatment and I would be honored just to be a patient of their's again. I had an issue with how the appointment was scheduled because the previous provider I was seeing left the practice and I had to see a new provider. The front office staff listened to my concerns and addressed it with the management and had it handled by the time my appointment came. Super appreciated this.

She appeared tired and bored and really not want to be there. When checking out the office person who gave me my instructions did a great job reviewing my EVS with me. I think a little bit more reinforcement on welcoming the patients could benefit this practice. My doctor was great, and I enjoyed meeting the team.

Thank you very much for the service. I really like the doctor. She was patient listening to my issues and she provided very good guidance. Thank you very much. One thing I wanted to improve is the waiting was very long. Starting the first day I called for appointment. It took maybe over two months or maybe three months to get to see the doctor. So if it's possible, please try to reduce that wait time. Thank you very much.

I called the office to make an appt because Im having a lot of migraines and this time around was really strong and I had a huge lymph node on my neck and one on my forehead/by my right eye. The assistant told me the only opening the office would have was for the day I went . I showed up, the assistant had me sign all the documents and just told me to sit down. 10 mins later she calls my name and says she would need to reschedule me. Without any explanation. I asked what happened and she said the dr was in a meeting. I had taken the day off so I could go to the dr and completely wasted my time.

Dr. Bennett is wonderful. I feel very fortunate that she is able to care for my mother as she ages and as we are learning more about Alzheimer's. And she's also done a fantastic job helping her manage her headaches. What really stands out to me about Dr. Bennett is she spends a lot of time with her patients making sure they feel comfortable with the news and their medical care and make sure that we have an opportunity to ask any questions. And she is very thorough and kind as she explains what is going on medically. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bennett and already have to others. Thank you.
