I would like to give my sincerest thanks to the wonderful lady that took the X-rays (sorry, don't know the name). She asked me to remove my necklace (which I have been wearing for more than 60 years), but it was nowhere to be found after the X-rays. She spent a good 20 minutes helping me search for it and SHE actually found it. It had somehow wormed its way into a jacket pocket and gotten balled up in a deep corner. My entire family would have been devastated had it been forever lost. Most have never known me to not be wearing it.

It would be nice that if you had labs, CTs, MRIs, bronchoscopies, anything outpatient that was done, that when the results resulted that the provider would reach out to you versus whether by a message through MyChart or by a phone call, you know, just to discuss any abnormal, you know, anything that was abnormal. Of course, if everything was within normal limits, you wouldn't expect a call, but if you had abnormal test results, it would be nice to be notified of it and give you an option for a treatment plan going forward.

I was escorted to the ales where I was weighed, and then went into an examining room where I was treated very kindly and professionally. When I was checked out by the doctor, she was awesome! She was thorough. She was professional and she was kind. I enjoyed my visit. I got my medication and I really feel good about my health now.
