About Eric Kiskaddon, MD
Dr. Kiskaddon received his doctor of medicine degree at the University of Louisville, where he was named to the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH, serving as administrative chief resident and was named an emerging leader by the American Orthopedic Association. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at The Ohio State University.
Having participated in research throughout his training, Dr. Kiskaddon has presented at both regional and national meetings. Further, he has numerous publications in leading orthopedic journals including The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, The Journal of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and The Journal of Arthroplasty. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, is a candidate member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and candidate Member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

The staff took necessary xrays before the meeting with Dr. Kiskaddon, he did not have to examine, then get xrays to confirm, then meet again to explain. Great idea and excellent first impression of this MD.

Dr. K was great. Came up with a good game plan for next steps. We could have delved a little deeper into the history of the injury. The front office staff had difficulty with accessing images and gave up. However, I believe the treatment plan that was decided would not have changed with viewing the images. Was only frustrating because other Wellstar offices have not had an issue with how the images were provided.

Yes, I know I had x-rays done before I came, but she explained to me that you all do weight-bearing x-rays. I've never had an x-ray done that way where I put it on my thigh, and you saw that my kneecap was to the left of my knee replacement. I was very impressed with that, also upset, because I've been dealing with that issue for a year. But I'm glad that we're headed towards finding out what we can do to rectify the problem, and I appreciate you. Thank you. Can't wait for my next appointment.

The X-ray tech made comments about my body size and shape. I tried to be cordial with her and laugh it off. But the comments made me somewhat upset and uncomfortable. I know she didn't have a bad intention, but no comments about my physical appearance are appropriate, in my opinion.
