My son, Dr. Eric, he really was a real good doctor. He informed me what was going on with my son's nose. And he did a good job checking it and making sure everything was good. So I was really pleased, and I definitely would recommend other people to come and see him if their kid is having problems with their nose, because he really is a good doctor. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at the practice, coming from many other doctors and medical experiences throughout the prior weeks. We were so impressed with how much the staff was willing to work with us, and how kind every person we interacted with. Anything we asked for was brought to us right away with no questions asked, I cannot stop talking about how nice everyone was!

Dr. Berg is an awesome doctor. He did a surgery on my son's ears with ear tubes. And we also did a consultation with him for my daughter. And he was really good and did not suggest any treatments that were not necessary. And the staff have all been really friendly and helpful as well in the office. Thank you.

From the beginning, the staff in the front desk, the nurse, the medical assistant, and of course the doctor were great, excellent. I feel secure and I feel that my child was in good hands. The information was provided was clear and I enjoyed visiting that practice. I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely go back when it's necessary.

The staff was professional from walking in close to 30 minutes earlier...the front desk receptionist was amazing, professional and literally we sat down for less than 2 min... They called us back. The nurse that helped us was so nice, on point and made us feel welcome at the visit. She was extremely professional and pleasant...she was funny. That doctor came back and he informed , and encouraged us what to look for. He gave us options concerning our son's health. We were out the door. Literally I prayed before I came and GOD answered through them. Also the lady that checked us out and the front desk receptionist was on point again. The lady was having casual conversation with us and gave our children lollipop and she mentioned school excuse and the front desk receptionist print it out so fast. Keep being the best place ever

The staff was very courteous and nice. After our hearing test, we waited over an hour to see the doctor (which lasted about 10 mins). An hour can seem like an eternity stuck with a toddler in a room, but that is my only complaint

Dr. Berg's staff was exceptional. They saw my daughter swiftly and got her into surgery the next day. Dr. Berg was amazing and thorough. I appreciate that he showed me her CAT scan and explained what was going on in a way that I could understand. He truly cares about what he does, and it shows. Thank you all so much for taking exceptional care of my baby.

Front desk in particular the lady who did check in for appointment today, was not nice, courteous and was willing to just reschedule a child with bleeding nose, because she didn't want to offer alternatives to the situation. Health field, comes with a compassionate heart and being open, she definitely made the situation 10X harder than it needed to be

I do not even know where to begin with all the praise that I have for Dr. Berg and the practice. His nurse/MA is one of the most amazing and kind healthcare professionals I've ever encountered. She's so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Dr. Berg is the other most kind and amazing healthcare professional I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My little boy needs surgery and the whole practice has been so kind and helpful. Dr. Berg even let me sit and ask an entire notebook paper full of questions that I had about the surgery and aftercare and he was so patient, and understanding, and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Surgery is scary for a mom and her baby but he has put us at ease as much as he could could. I feel 1000% comfortable leaving my son in his hands. I trust him implicitly and so does my son and I believe that above anything is what makes a doctor the absolute best. Thank you Wellstar. Thank you, Dr. Berg. My little family is forever grateful for you.

Front desk in particular the lady who did check in for appointment today, was not nice, courteous and was willing to just reschedule a child with bleeding nose, because she didn't want to offer alternatives to the situation. Health field, comes with a compassionate heart and being open, she definitely made the situation 10X harder than it needed to be

Dr. Berg's staff was exceptional. They saw my daughter swiftly and got her into surgery the next day. Dr. Berg was amazing and thorough. I appreciate that he showed me her CAT scan and explained what was going on in a way that I could understand. He truly cares about what he does, and it shows. Thank you all so much for taking exceptional care of my baby.

The staff was very courteous and nice. After our hearing test, we waited over an hour to see the doctor (which lasted about 10 mins). An hour can seem like an eternity stuck with a toddler in a room, but that is my only complaint

All staff was very professional and made my child very comfortable. They are very understanding and concern for their patients. Also a very nice and clean office.

The staff was professional from walking in close to 30 minutes earlier...the front desk receptionist was amazing, professional and literally we sat down for less than 2 min... They called us back. The nurse that helped us was so nice, on point and made us feel welcome at the visit. She was extremely professional and pleasant...she was funny. That doctor came back and he informed , and encouraged us what to look for. He gave us options concerning our son's health. We were out the door. Literally I prayed before I came and GOD answered through them. Also the lady that checked us out and the front desk receptionist was on point again. The lady was having casual conversation with us and gave our children lollipop and she mentioned school excuse and the front desk receptionist print it out so fast. Keep being the best place ever

From the beginning, the staff in the front desk, the nurse, the medical assistant, and of course the doctor were great, excellent. I feel secure and I feel that my child was in good hands. The information was provided was clear and I enjoyed visiting that practice. I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely go back when it's necessary.

Dr. Berg is an awesome doctor. He did a surgery on my son's ears with ear tubes. And we also did a consultation with him for my daughter. And he was really good and did not suggest any treatments that were not necessary. And the staff have all been really friendly and helpful as well in the office. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at the practice, coming from many other doctors and medical experiences throughout the prior weeks. We were so impressed with how much the staff was willing to work with us, and how kind every person we interacted with. Anything we asked for was brought to us right away with no questions asked, I cannot stop talking about how nice everyone was!

My son, Dr. Eric, he really was a real good doctor. He informed me what was going on with my son's nose. And he did a good job checking it and making sure everything was good. So I was really pleased, and I definitely would recommend other people to come and see him if their kid is having problems with their nose, because he really is a good doctor. Thank you.
