I was amazed how pleasant this whole experience was! From the parking, to guest services, to ent receptionist- everyone was so thoughtful and pleasant! People actually looked happy to be there. The nurse was a little shy but once we got talking she was sweet too. Dr Applebaum lived up to the reputation I'd heard about him- thourough, clear, and practical.

I would have liked if the Doctor would have scheduled the operation on my left ear sooner. Instead it's put off for two (2) full months. At this time I will have returned to work and therefore this wouldn't be a good time to schedule an operation, nor for me to request a leave of absence!! Hopefully, my operation could be scheduled sooner(ASP).
