left me waiting in room for half an hour with throbbing pain in my finger. I'm not allergic to insects and didn't show signs of an allergy, but all they gave me was Benadryl and sent me off. No Ibuprofen or anything to relieve the pain.

I thought Emma was incredibly professional and attentive. I very much appreciated the bedside manner of the nurse who came in to do my initial consultation and who drew my labs. As much as you are invested in how I reviewed my appointment today, I am also invested in the schedule and patient-load of the providers who see me. So, be considerate and that when you overload their schedule, you impact the care of the patients they see.

This facility do not value the patient time at all. I came for an immunization shot. EXACT same treatment (queue included), takes 200%-300% of the time it takes somewhere else. The peripheral "treatment" is irrelevant for the request. I have left before even got to the treatment itself, and the next day, just walked-in to CVS and it took 6 (six) minutes in total, what took more than 30 minutes in that clinic, where no other patients where at all.
