I'm 11 years late for going in and getting this done. I had some nervousness regarding it and a bunch of questions. Emily was very patient, answered all my questions and was very helpful. So definitely very pleased with her demeanor and the way that she handled things. And probably the biggest thing was it was a timely appointment. Everything went as scheduled, it was on time and I was able to take care of the health appointment and get on the schedule to take care of this which is not the experience I've had with a couple of other colon rectal places that I've dealt with. You know, where I could not get a response from anybody and nobody followed up on questions that I had and it was done by computer and this was just a pleasant experience all around. Thank you.

My conversation with Emily Krause went well. I called the practice at 9:45 a.m., but I wasn't sure what option to choose. I chose to speak with someone and told they moved offices and given a different phone number. When I called that number, I was told Emily would call me at 10:00 a.m., so I asked why the calendar invitation asked me to call in 9:45 a.m. She checked with the nurse and confirmed I needed to complete an intake with the nurse. My overall impression is that this process could use some fine-tuning.
