Doctor, PA Elizabeth Sheridan, you are a professional and friendly, you are amazing! I had absolutely a great visit given the condition I was in. When you took time to listen to me and being observant of my body's reactions. Your thorough explanations regarding my illness and treatment, made me feel that I'm gonna be well. Yes, I was in so much pain. My husband and I thank you for all you did. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

My second experience with this facility. Wasn't really happy either time. THIS TIME the NP cut me off when I related side effects from my last antibiotic and told me I was wrong. She also used language I am not familiar with and was difficult to understand at times. Next time I will go down the road.

The fact that I was referred to the emergency room for a rash and ear infection shows the incompetency of this provider. My pediatrician was shocked this was the course of treatment recommended and advised me to go elsewhere next time.

Sign on door said X-ray was down, which would have been nice to know before I drove there. I made the appt online. Email I received asking me if I was there yet did not indicate address of facility - that would have been very helpful as I went to the wrong location initially.

Yes, you guys were very busy the day we went and the front office lady was on top of everything. She actually had to reschedule us to come back in later that afternoon and that was a nice easy process. And coming back, she already had all her information. That was an even easier process. So she was great. I want to give her major kudos. And then we like the doctor as well. We like the facility as a whole to the point where I've started bringing my kids there instead of their pediatrician. So thank you for the good service.
