The office was very clean and my Nuese Practitioner was very caring, friendly and professiona.

Something that they can definitely improve on would be fully listening to the patient when the patient says that they have no finances and can only do tests that their insurance will cover and the front desk and nurses tell them, yeah, your insurance will cover this test, that test, and I end up with a $500 bill in the mail three days later. So definitely making sure they listen to the patient and do what the patient is asking is definitely something that needs to be improved on.

My second experience with this facility. Wasn't really happy either time. THIS TIME the NP cut me off when I related side effects from my last antibiotic and told me I was wrong. She also used language I am not familiar with and was difficult to understand at times. Next time I will go down the road.

The fact that I was referred to the emergency room for a rash and ear infection shows the incompetency of this provider. My pediatrician was shocked this was the course of treatment recommended and advised me to go elsewhere next time.
