Yes, you guys were very busy the day we went and the front office lady was on top of everything. She actually had to reschedule us to come back in later that afternoon and that was a nice easy process. And coming back, she already had all her information. That was an even easier process. So she was great. I want to give her major kudos. And then we like the doctor as well. We like the facility as a whole to the point where I've started bringing my kids there instead of their pediatrician. So thank you for the good service.

Ms. Elizabeth has a wealth of medical knowledge and had solutions and suggestions for all of my questions. The tech or RN Ms. Adriane is thorough and diligent in her work. She has a magnet of a personality and displayed concern and care while I was struggling and wounded. This is by far the smoothest and most comforting Wellstar facility I have been to. Thank you! :)

All staff members were extremely kind and courteous. I was seen quickly and all my concerns were addressed. I especially appreciated this after I had waited in a back room (not the waiting room) for two hours earlier that day and never saw a doctor at a different urgent care.
