It was not a pleasant experience. I felt forgotten in the back room. The nurse was very kind and attentive. After offering me water twice and the rest room several times there was nothing left for her to do. When I was finally seen I was told by Elise I would probably want to get a 7 am appointment next time. This seemed insensitive to my massive wait. Then I got to the parking lot and was charged for maximum stay. I guess I just expect more of Wellstar

It's nice to have a provider that spends more than 5 minutes with you. She went over ALL of my medical history and medications, asked me questions, and even asked if I had any questions. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. You can tell that she really loves what she does. I feel confident being in her care. Thank you, Elise!
