Dr. Gilbert and his staff was really, really helpful to me. They understood something with my insurance changed, and he was still able to see me. They took $100 on the payment plan. He has always just been so awesome with me, and he takes care of my daughter, too, and that's very unorthodox for a male gynecologist, but he has been really, really amazing, and I'm very thankful to have been able to see him.

The doctor was excellent. The service provided by the doctor was excellent, but I was left in the waiting inside my visit room in the office, at the doctor's office for 45 minutes without anybody that came in and told me at any time that the doctor was going to be late because there were previously scheduled appointments jammed up. So I waited for 45 minutes undressed in the office without anybody that came and told me and warned me of the fact that I would have to wait another very long time because they were having some difficulties due to the volume of patients. That was the only thing that was really disappointing, having to wait 45 minutes being cold.

He has great bedside manner, is very attentive, and did not seem rushed. I appreciate that he took the time to review my previous visits with Dr.Bardwell.
