I think Dr. Gilbert did a phenomenal job. He walked me through the entire process of getting my IUD replaced. He made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Even through the process and the activities that were not very comfortable, which is normal with an IUD, he made me feel extremely comfortable. I truly appreciate the transparency in a gynecologist because that is not something that you see very often. My doctor, Elijah Gilbert, did a phenomenal job. I love him and I think he did a great job.

Dr. Gilbert is probably the best doctor I've had, and hands down the best OBGYN I've ever had. My chief complaint with healthcare has always been not quite getting enough information on what is going on. Dr. Gilbert has given me an in-depth (but not pedantic) understanding of what has happened at every appointment I've ever been to, as well as what I can expect in the future. From my perspective, it seems like Dr. Gilbert has kept up with the forefront of gynecological research. He has given me more information than I've received from any doctor on any subject before. When I don't understand something, he allows me to ask clarifying questions and explains things differently so that I can understand. His bedside manner is appropriately warm, but strictly professional. My time with Wellstar, in general, has resulted in the best medical care I've ever received. From my doctor and anesthesiologist, to the RNs I've worked with, all the way to the receptionists and the general customer service workers I've called, there has been nothing but professionalism, kindness, and (what I feel is) a genuine desire to help. I would not choose to work with a different medical facility in the future. I hope you can pass along my gratitude to your team. And I hope Wellstar has (and shows!) the same appreciation for their incredibly talented staff.
