The lady at the front desk that checked me in was very nice & helpful. The lady that brought me back to the exam room, took my blood pressure & weight was very kind too. Dr Gilbert made me feel very comfortable seeing him for the first time. He answered all my questions & helped me not feel anxious. This medical office is outstanding. Everyone I met was super nice, fast service & knowledgeable. Thank you.

Once the doctor came in to provide me with care the visit was wonderful. However I waited 15 minutes completely prepared for the doctor's treatment and nobody informed me that the doctor was behind. It was very frustrating and I almost left before seeing the doctor. However the doctor did apologize for the lack of communication

He took a beat & gave me time to explain my concerns. This was a great start. It also helped that I remembered the nurse from my previous visits. She was a bridge between Dr. Webb & Dr. Gilbert.
