All the staff were so kindly.

Edward was great. Thorough, kind, fun, knowledgeable, engaging with my son, Edward is well-suited to his profession. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I am confident in our treatment plan going forward. The only negative was the long wait. We arrived early to check in, only for it to be nearly an hour after our scheduled appointment before we saw the provider. Another patient came in after us, and was called back before us, so that was annoying.

The office needs some maintenance. The door stop in the wall had been blown out. The exam tables are nicked and scuffed. The floors look grimy. I'm sure they're clean, but the office really needs a refresh for the space to reflect the excellent, caring, professional care that we receive here!

The PA was so good with my child and took time to talk through how her arm healed in the cast and what precautions to take the next few weeks. He went above and beyond to answer questions and proactively share information. Great experience. They are so nurse that took off her cast was kind and great with my child.

Our entire experience was great. We needed to get in the same day and we were able to do so. We drove over an hour just to be seen. And we chose to come up there because it was recommended from our urgent care. We had a great experience from the time we checked in at the front desk, through our x-rays, to our visit with the doctor. I feel like he thoroughly explained everything. He was so kind, so energetic. He kind of reminded me of Blippi, but in a doctor form. Just really kid-friendly and positive, even though we were going through kind of a traumatic injury. And I feel like he set us up for success for the next couple of weeks on what to expect as we go through the healing process of a broken bone with a child. Totally trusted everybody up there. They were totally worth the drive. I would definitely recommend them. And hopefully we don't become regulars in the office due to injury, but I'm grateful that they were so kind and so loving.
