The ladies at the check-in were very thorough. They were genuine with their... Genuine with their greeting. They greeted me as I walked in. They made sure I was taken care of right away. The medical assistant was very friendly as well, listened attentively, didn't blow off anything I had to say, and I was seen within a timely manner. Facility was nice and clean. Doctor was very, very efficient and very thorough with his elaboration on my checkup.

Staff & Dr. Olmedo were wonderful. Dr. Olmedo (my first visit), showed he cared for me as if I was his only patient. He showed & explained my neck & hand x-rays. I had questions, he answered them thoroughly & when beyond his call. He spent time with me to make sure I was fully informed. Thank you very much.

The doctor (Dr. Olmedo) was very patient and attentive, provided excellent service. However, the front office staff was horrible and inattentive. When I arrived there were 2 young ladies at the front desk said they worked for the gastro dept and 2 others were having casual conversations with each other in the background behind them. No one was available to check staff in for the orthopedic dept and the young ladies didn't bother to call anyone. Finally after standing there unaddressed for almost 15 minutes, I interrupted one of the staff members in the background and asked if she could call someone to assist. It has been a very long time since I have experienced customer service this bad. To think, 4 staff members observed me standing and waiting to be checked in, and not one bothered to find the appropriate staff to assist. They just continued conversations with each other, as if I was invisible. The front office staff sets the tone for the visit even before seeing the doctor. Thank God, Dr. Olmedo was totally responsive to my needs. Hopefully, he can counsel his front office staff and advise them of their duties as it pertains to quality customer service.

My experience was okay. I mean, it was my first experience, so I really can't judge it from one experience. The doctor was okay. I don't really know him that well, so I can't really, you know, give him customer service, you know, that type thing. But overall, yes, experience was good. Bye.

I wasn't greeted right away when I walked up to the desk. There were 4 ladies sitting there. We stood there about 1-2 minutes before someone asked who we were seeing. One was on the phone and others were talking: They asked us to sit down and about 10 minutes later, we were asked to step up to check in.

The doctor (Dr. Olmedo) was very patient and attentive, provided excellent service. However, the front office staff was horrible and inattentive. When I arrived there were 2 young ladies at the front desk said they worked for the gastro dept and 2 others were having casual conversations with each other in the background behind them. No one was available to check staff in for the orthopedic dept and the young ladies didn't bother to call anyone. Finally after standing there unaddressed for almost 15 minutes, I interrupted one of the staff members in the background and asked if she could call someone to assist. It has been a very long time since I have experienced customer service this bad. To think, 4 staff members observed me standing and waiting to be checked in, and not one bothered to find the appropriate staff to assist. They just continued conversations with each other, as if I was invisible. The front office staff sets the tone for the visit even before seeing the doctor. Thank God, Dr. Olmedo was totally responsive to my needs. Hopefully, he can counsel his front office staff and advise them of their duties as it pertains to quality customer service.

The ladies at the check-in were very thorough. They were genuine with their... Genuine with their greeting. They greeted me as I walked in. They made sure I was taken care of right away. The medical assistant was very friendly as well, listened attentively, didn't blow off anything I had to say, and I was seen within a timely manner. Facility was nice and clean. Doctor was very, very efficient and very thorough with his elaboration on my checkup.

I was seen quickly. Dr. Olmedo is a real human being, I like him. He was interested and open to my Questions and comments. This is the second time I have seen him, and I would choose him over other practitioners.
