Dr. Osman is a great listener. She takes time, looks things up, and figures out the best plan. She's awesome to work with and I would recommend anyone to come see her. And her nurse, Brooke, always answers questions in MyChart quite promptly. Do not ever let her go. Also, Dr. Osman's MAs are really always very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Thank you.

Staff should relay information to patients when the provider is running behind. I don't mind waiting for this amazing physician at all. But the staff should let the waiting room and exam rooms know there will be a longer than usual wait due to the provider having an emergency and running over and hour behind.

I had to go to the skin doctor today and I told the nurse there, because she told me that she has chronic migraines, that she needs to come see my doctor and that there's a long wait and that she's worth it and that she is fast becoming my favorite doctor ever. I think her patient skills and bedside manner are some of the most excellent I've ever seen and I just highly respect and appreciate her care.

But the staff should let the waiting room and exam rooms know there will be a longer than usual wait due to the provider having an emergency and running over and hour behind.
