Dr. Osman was very sympathetic and very helpful in getting me an emergency MRI because of a supposed Bell's palsy diagnosis or a stroke. She wanted to make sure 100% that it was Bell's palsy with an MRI. She took care of the appointment, got my medication ready for me to pick up after my appointment, and was just super wonderful. I would choose her again, 100 out of 100.

Staff should relay information to patients when the provider is running behind. I don't mind waiting for this amazing physician at all. But the staff should let the waiting room and exam rooms know there will be a longer than usual wait due to the provider having an emergency and running over and hour behind.

I had to go to the skin doctor today and I told the nurse there, because she told me that she has chronic migraines, that she needs to come see my doctor and that there's a long wait and that she's worth it and that she is fast becoming my favorite doctor ever. I think her patient skills and bedside manner are some of the most excellent I've ever seen and I just highly respect and appreciate her care.
