I don't understand why you give an appointment time for an urgent care visit if it means that you wait in line behind all the walk ins that are already there. I waited for 1.5 hours until I was called back, with no updates, explanations or apologies for the delay. I understand that someone with a more urgent problem should be seen first, but no one in that waiting room appeared to be in distress. I would prefer to see my own provider or their staff, but your system doesn't allow for that--everything funnels through urgent care. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

I could not have been more pleased; my lower score on referring family and friends is only applicable because everyone i know already uses Wellstar or another provider, although in different locations based on their location.

The Nurse practitioner or PA was very polite and customer friendly. She did a very good job. Her assistant who took my Vital signs and information was also very helpful and curious. She was also very helpful and professional. The front office staff Members were nice and knowledgeable. Great Experience.

The nurse practitioner was really sweet. i found out pretty much the worst thing any girl could ever hear and she comforted me. She's amazing.

I went and saw NP after having 20+ bouts of watery diarrhea x 5 days. She did not seem concerned. Never asked if I had symptoms of dehydration, like dizziness. She never checked my skin for tenting. I went to the ER later that night.

I would just like to say thank you to the entire staff. From the front desk representatives, there were two nice women that were working there. They were very courteous to the physician's assistant or medical assistant that I saw in the back. Everyone was very sweet, just concerning, trying to put a smile on your face and just make you feel better no matter what you were going through. Excellent customer service, and they even accommodated me very quickly when I arrived earlier than my appointment time. Everyone was great at focusing on providing me high quality care and an excellent experience. I will definitely use this facility when I need urgent care again.

It was the worst experience i have received in years, my appointment was 2.40 pm i was told to arrive at 2.25 which i did, i wasn't seen until 4.20 pm with NO explanation. And on that note i can't come to this practice again
