I'm on BP medicine and prone to kidney stones. Steroids depleted me of potassium and my BP spiked very high. I had to google information to understand what was happening. During my visit I kept asking if it was safe to take steroids with my BP medication. Which I understand is but an explanation of possible side effects would have prepared me better.

Wait time was great. Nurse was nice. The doctor knew what to prescribe for me right away but failed to ask my pain level and didn't really examine the rash to see where it was spreading. She was quick and I felt like I was being rushed. The facility was clean. I received texts and emails from Wellstar which is a nice feature!

If I could give everybody better than a 10, I would. I wish ai would've visited this location sooner. My husband and children won't go anywhere else. This was my first visit. Next time, I feel any sickness coming on, I won't hesitate to drop by this location. From the reception to the nurse and nurse practitioner, Donna Watson, I was treated with kindness, respect and patience.

I called to make an appt and was given a time of 3:00. I asked if the office had patients waiting and was told they didn't know and couldn't communicate with the office. So I went at 9:00 am and there were no patients and was assisted right away. Communication needs improvement if an offsite provider is being used.

I told the PA I had yellow discharge from my sinuses. She only gave me a steroid for my throat. I need an antibiotic for my sinus infection. She was very dismissive.
