I was blown away with my visit with Donna. She knew exactly what I was going through and gave me steroid shot and a Z Pack of Prednisone. For the 1st night in months I was able to sleep without coughing all night. I am so grateful.

If I could give everybody better than a 10, I would. I wish ai would've visited this location sooner. My husband and children won't go anywhere else. This was my first visit. Next time, I feel any sickness coming on, I won't hesitate to drop by this location. From the reception to the nurse and nurse practitioner, Donna Watson, I was treated with kindness, respect and patience.

I called to make an appt and was given a time of 3:00. I asked if the office had patients waiting and was told they didn't know and couldn't communicate with the office. So I went at 9:00 am and there were no patients and was assisted right away. Communication needs improvement if an offsite provider is being used.

I told the PA I had yellow discharge from my sinuses. She only gave me a steroid for my throat. I need an antibiotic for my sinus infection. She was very dismissive.

The staff were most helpful; except that I noticed the nurse asked for my weight; rather than taking my weight on a scales. At a previous doctor's office visit my weight was 213 pounds. Yet, during this flu & bronchitis illness I lost 14 pounds , dropping to 199 pounds. I don't know the reason why the nurse didn't take my weight.

I was sent to this urgent care facility by my aqua therapist. I was up at Lifetime Spa getting ready for my class and she told me based on the experiences that I was having for a couple of days that she would feel more comfortable if I went to an urgent care, get an EKG to make sure that I was not having a heart attack. When I went there, the staff was extremely helpful. I did get an EKG and they told me to follow up with my care, my immediate care doctor. The staff was wonderful and I could not have been very left at ease myself about what was going on. They are phenomenal. Thank you so much for having this team there to help me in my emergency.

I felt as I were being accused of being a medicine seeker, based on the antibiotics PSA flyer attached to my discharge papers. I understand my symptoms were very early and minimal, but as primary caregiver to my children, I can't afford to get severely sick and getting in front of all ailments has always been my strategy.

I received extra sensitive care, very timely, very concerning, gave me a lot of direction, a lot of input, a lot of instruction, and then I received a follow-up call three days later to make sure I was doing okay. Excellent. I would highly recommend them.
