There's nothing I want to say about how you can improve or what you did well. I just really want to give a big thank you to the staff because of them. I was able to catch something that was very serious that could have harmed me potentially later and they treated me very well and lots of kindness and patience. I don't like how I had to come in immediately only to arrive 15 minutes later and not be seen because I was a walk-in. Arrived at 405pm and had to take an after 6 walkin appointment. Not understanding why she couldn't give me the appointment over the phone so I would need to wait in lobby for 2 hours. I was really feeling terrible with severe ear pain and sitting up straight was excruciating. Other than that I received good care. The staff is always helpful.

The experience was very timely. We didn't have to spend all day there we were in and out in two hours with x-rays and Covid testing and everything else. They were very efficient very nicely run. I would return if needed.

They need more than one provider at this facility. It is ridiculous not having a doctor or doctors here. The wait time is ridiculous.

Everyone at the Wellstar Paulding Urgent Care were respectful, kind, and cheerful. Dixie (and there was another NP or PA) listened carefully to my "complaint." After looking and touching my back (and felt the muscle spasm) her plan of action made sense. She ordered X-rays, suggested a steroid shot, etc. The nurse who gave me the shot was amazing. The staff at the Wellstar Paulding Hospital Imaging Center were wonderful too. Donna the Greeter was friendly and quickly efficient. Sandy at Registration was the same. John the Technologist was so kind and accommodating to my needs. I did not have to wait but maybe a few minutes. My walking was slow like a sloth with my walker and no one rushed me or was impatient. Kudos to my medical team.

Hives can become life threatening. I did not want the STEROIDS and was told there's NO OTHER OPTION TO PREVENT AVAILABLE!! I came to have BLOOD DRAWN to determine the cause of the hives which are advancing daily. "We don't do that here". is what I was told. I had to suggest my own alternatives to cope. Dixie only suggested she could reccomend an Allergin Specialist . I Declined. I can find my own! I came to receive URGENT CARE AND GOT NOTHING!!!!
