I think the doctor and the staff, and especially the front desk, were excellent professionals. However, I think they should explain to the patient regarding if they're retiree, TRICARE and Medicare, explain the process on getting the appointment set up because if you have Medicare and the doctor refers you to a therapy session to do therapy, it should be explained that Medicaid does cover that. And I had to research that information. Otherwise, everything worked out fine and good job for Wellstar, outstanding. Bye-bye, that's all I have.

The entire me experience was amazing. I checked in prior to arrival via MyChart. Though the receptionist had another patient checking in, she acknowledged my presence and had me sign in. The nurse called me to the back, promptly at my appointment time. She was kind, courteous and very personable. Within moments, the doctor arrived and his energy was "dope". We chatted it up regarding my medical issues, as well as we connected on a personable level. I love that he did he own charting immediately after the appointment and worked very closely with his team. THIS is the absolute BEST Wellstar experience I have ever had. Thank you!
