From the moment I made my appt. all the way through my visit, everyone I encountered was so incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Rose gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and I'm literally excited to say that I've found my doctor! She was so knowledgeable and reassuring...I look forward to working with her. Her staff was all exceptional...I especially remember Ebonie checking me out in the neuro office, and making me feel welcomed and as if I had known her all my life. Again, every single person was efficient...from the gentleman who gave us a ride to the front door to the check in person who walked us to the office. Exceptional. Also, I spoke with Shonda on the phone a number of times and she was so kind as well. My husband was a hospital CEO for over 30 years and I am a former nurse, so we've been around hospitals. This facility was clean and beautiful and a pleasure to visit.

I recommend this neurology to my friends and family because they were careful listening to everything you had to say. There was thorough and everything went well. And I really appreciate that service and appreciate all the staff that's at your neurology area at Wellstar. However, the only thing on my chart, I couldn't get it to upload right away, but that's the only issue. But everything else was excellent and I do appreciate the time and patience of my provider and what she did. I thank you so much for all that you guys have done. And for the reason, I would recommend anybody to that practice, to the UR.
