From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome, providing care and attention that went above and beyond-I truly felt surrounded by angels. My doctor demonstrated exceptional active listening skills, ensuring that I felt heard and valued throughout the visit. She made me comfortable during the assessment by clearly explaining each step beforehand, following through with precision, and then summarizing what she had done. She also outlined the next steps in my care plan and scheduled a follow-up, leaving no questions unanswered. This was, without a doubt, the best medical experience I have ever had.
