The nurses and staff were great. The actual doctor did not listen to my issues, tried to push a covid test when I informed I was a self pay patient and had the same issues as the previous 2 years but said since I had only been experiencing symptoms for a few days that I could not be given a prescription. The doctor was rude and did not listen to me or obviously did not read my file so now I am going to have to suffer the symptoms. I'm very unhappy. The nurses was great and helpful.

Everything was fine and staff members were friendly and professional. However, I waited more than 45 minutes for my appointment to start. I assume they were short-handed, but I wanted to mention it. Having to wait a long time would tend to dissuade me from coming back, although not really in this case. Still, the wait time should be improved.

So the person who checked me in was fantastic. I was having a nosebleed issue. I had called before I set up the appointment to ask if the facility did cauterizations. They told me they did. But once I got to see the nurse practitioner, I was told that unless it was bleeding currently, they wouldn't do that. I have to admit that sounds ridiculous. And if that is truly the case, they should have told me that before I came in.
