I would normally go to the Holly Springs location . I was tired and coughing a lot so I headed to the office on 92 at Trickum. This is not my favorite place because it is usually busy doing nothing and the wait seems forever! This time the front desk was quick to acknowledge me and sign me in. The wait for thePA was just about 20 minutes ( not the usual Hour). I was in and out within an hour symptoms checked meds sent to my pharmacy and a clear understanding of what I gave and the best way to treat it and recover!! Thank you

The front office staff and Deidre, the PA, were absolutely fabulous to me and took care of me very well as I was extremely sick and I've been in twice in one week. I want to thank them all for helping me and for helping me get well quickly.

Dr. Deidra was phenomenal! Her and the staff were extremely pleasant and took care of me straight away. Dr. Deidra made me feel heard and seen. She also went through my results throughly and was super kind. She deserves all the flowers in the world

The receptionist was not very friendly. She wasn't rude at all, maybe more indifferent. My husband and I had been sick for over a week, and thought her interaction with us could have been friendlier. The nurse assistant was as nice as she could be. Very personable. I wish I could remember her name. Deidra was exceptional. Very professional, personable, caring, and asked pertinent questions. Her exam was very thorough. My husband and I were both in together with what ended up being sinus infections. After our appointment we both felt confident with what she recommended to help with our infections, would be what we needed. I only wish we had come sooner. After only a day and a half we can feel we're getting better. Hallelujah!

They were all so lovely and helpful. I was almost delirious from the flu and they talked me through everything and when I felt like I was going to pass out they gave me O and water. By that night, after a steroid and 2 doses of antivirals, I felt soooo much better. Fever and pain gone.
