I would personally love to say that Deidra was phenomenal. She was extremely personable and listened to all my concerns and how I felt. I'm a breastfeeding mom, so I'm limited on medications I can take. Deidra shared her own experience as a mother with me and was overly assuring on providing me with safe medications to take. She was very thorough with her explanation on my sinus infection and what to do in the event it didn't improve. This was honestly the best experience I've had at the doctors.

I've always had wonderful experiences at Wellstar urgent cares, but PA Deidra is hands down the BEST provider I have ever had. I've never had any provider walk in having actually read my history. This woman knew my medical history backwards and forwards, down to my exact medication allergies. She was humorous, down to earth, thorough, and so kind. I'm a breastfeeding mother and she took my specific needs into account, as well as medication safety for nursing. She provided realistic and helpful education for how to care for my eye infection at home. She didn't seem rushed in the slightest and I felt like she truly knew me and saw me as a whole person. If only every provider could be like her, the world would be a better place. Thank you for turning a really tough day around for me!

I was left sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours,hardly any other patients waiting. I was so sick,I honestly think they forgot about me.i usually go to the one on sixes rd.which i love,but they were completely booked.I probably wont return to this location

I was down visiting my sister, and this is the only place that she goes to and I can certainly see why most caring people took care of me felt bad that I was sick while traveling and felt better within 24 hours

I do not like the fact that I made an appt and two people were walk-ins right before we got there (early) for our 4pm appt and we didn't get seen until almost 5pm. Our appt time had changed from 4pm to 4:25pm on the kiosk at signin. Walk-in appts should not be seen before sick appts that were scheduled hours in advance. Especially when one of the walk-in's was for a sports physical. We know the family. What is the point of taking appts if you will just allow people to jump ahead that are not even sick?

I would normally go to the Holly Springs location . I was tired and coughing a lot so I headed to the office on 92 at Trickum. This is not my favorite place because it is usually busy doing nothing and the wait seems forever! This time the front desk was quick to acknowledge me and sign me in. The wait for thePA was just about 20 minutes ( not the usual Hour). I was in and out within an hour symptoms checked meds sent to my pharmacy and a clear understanding of what I gave and the best way to treat it and recover!! Thank you

I've always had wonderful experiences at Wellstar urgent cares, but PA Deidra is hands down the BEST provider I have ever had. I've never had any provider walk in having actually read my history. This woman knew my medical history backwards and forwards, down to my exact medication allergies. She was humorous, down to earth, thorough, and so kind. I'm a breastfeeding mother and she took my specific needs into account, as well as medication safety for nursing. She provided realistic and helpful education for how to care for my eye infection at home. She didn't seem rushed in the slightest and I felt like she truly knew me and saw me as a whole person. If only every provider could be like her, the world would be a better place. Thank you for turning a really tough day around for me!
