The doctor and nurse were very kind and explained their thoughts on my concerns in detail. The front desk staff member was extremely unfriendly to the point of being rude. She made me regret making an appointment at this urgent care, until I saw the nurse and doctor who redeemed the experience.

It was a well run machine. I didnt have to wait fir more than ten minutes. The nurse was hard to understand. She had a very thick accent. The Pa was very good and showed compassion and concern for my issue .

Front desk lady was not the nicest or the most pleasant to deal with. Example, not even looked at us when we left, let alone wishing a good day. Similar attitude during check-in. But the doctor that saw us was great and appeared to be very knowledgeable and kind.

The waiting time once in the exam room was way too long .I felt like beeig in cell room .I was in pain and they knew it .at least they should told me how long will it take to be seen .The room was not clean especially the floor .I noticed that as I waited for long time .the nurse was nice she even gave a bottle of water .

Everyone was very courteous, friendly and efficient. I was a walk in and I expected a long delay - it wasn't. I saw Deidra, who I had seen before for a different issue, and she was once again fantastic. She diagnosed my problem, explained the situation and told me the solution. It is now three days later and I am already feeling 100% better. She is a keeper!!!

The front office lady "forgot" to check my son in, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour. For more than half the time, there was no one at the front desk for us to talk with. The lady finally came to her desk and "sorry I forgot to check you in. Someone will be with you shortly. We arrive at 4:45 and were finally seen at almost 7pm. That being said our family LOVES Deidra the PA. She's AMAZING.
