She was really nice, but didn't seem to really hear what I was saying. She seemed rushed and kept repeating I need to see a gi Dr, even though I told her each time, that I have one and they're who sent me to see a urologist. Also, she said she didn't have access to my most current CT scan, which was the reason I was sent there. She just kept telling me about a prior scan, which wasn't why I was there. She didn't seem concerned with my health history either, even stopping me at one point to say that it was a primary Dr issue. She just seemed uninterested in my condition, even saying my next appointment I could see her pa instead. Had I known she didn't have access to my scan, I wouldn't have even went. I even called prior to my appointment to see if she could look over the scan, to be sure it wasn't a STAT issue and I could wait the two weeks. Someone called back and said it was alright to wait...how would they know that, if they didn't have access to my scan!? Waste of a $45 copay.

I had a positive experience. As a matter of fact, I have recommended the provider to a couple of people, one of whom had immediate urology problems. And so, yes, I'm very positive. I was positive with the staff. I checked in, it was a huge room, reminds you kind of like a bus station. But the people were responsive and friendly. I had a good experience throughout. So, that's it. And I gave a very positive review because that's actually the way I feel. So, thank you very much. Goodbye.

The doctor recommended that I go get a procedure done and the wait for the next appointment to get the procedure done is two months. That is much too long. If she recommends a procedure, I should be able to get one in a shorter time span than two months.

She just seemed uninterested in my condition, even saying my next appointment I could see her pa instead. Had I known she didn't have access to my scan, I wouldn't have even went. I even called prior to my appointment to see if she could look over the scan, to be sure it wasn't a STAT issue and I could wait the two weeks. Someone called back and said it was alright to wait...how would they know that, if they didn't have access to my scan!? Waste of a $45 copay.
