My PCP referred me to a Urologists only to be told by this practice that I needed to see an endocrinologist for my possible low Testosterone so I wasted time off work and the copay. I do not blame this practice as it wasn't their fault. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time and money.

Yes, as it relates to Dr. Theiss specifically, I think she does an awesome job. She has great bedside manners. I think her team goes above and beyond, at least my last experience. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, to make me understand exactly what was going on and what the next steps are and such. So I feel like in that regard, they're really good. I will say, and this has nothing to do with the team actually, I think it would be great if they didn't feel so rushed. I feel like sometimes either they fully understand what you're saying and they just kind of want to move on or maybe there's a time limit and they're just trying to get through the process or the appointment a lot faster. But there is a level of energy, of a feeling of rush.

The appointment felt rushed and not genuine. I received a bunch of generic excuses for everything I had said was an issue. I previously had an ultrasound a week prior to this visit as a prerequisite, and the doctor didn't even look at it but recommended that I get one from their own people. Waste of money.

I was very impressed with this medical office. ALL the staff were pleasant and caring! What a great feeling! Dr. Deena was very thorough in her medical analysis. She was also very personable and kind and spent as much time with me as I needed. I really appreciated that. You don't often find this in doctors offices these days. Thank you everyone for a warm and positive experience!

She was really nice, but didn't seem to really hear what I was saying. She seemed rushed and kept repeating I need to see a gi Dr, even though I told her each time, that I have one and they're who sent me to see a urologist. Also, she said she didn't have access to my most current CT scan, which was the reason I was sent there. She just kept telling me about a prior scan, which wasn't why I was there. She didn't seem concerned with my health history either, even stopping me at one point to say that it was a primary Dr issue. She just seemed uninterested in my condition, even saying my next appointment I could see her pa instead. Had I known she didn't have access to my scan, I wouldn't have even went. I even called prior to my appointment to see if she could look over the scan, to be sure it wasn't a STAT issue and I could wait the two weeks. Someone called back and said it was alright to wait...how would they know that, if they didn't have access to my scan!? Waste of a $45 copay.
