I have never had to wait as long as I did this time in all the years of coming to this office. Also having to pay for parking is ridiculous, especially when they have cars backed up so frustrating!

I feel as if I was not given adequate information prior to my appointment about how to prepare, and what to expect. During, and after, the provider seemed nonchalant about my concerns. The ultrasound tech was very caring and kind, but the provider did not feel the need to devote any time to my needs post-procedure.

The provider did not take into consideration the safety of baby & only offered one option stating it was standard of care. Also then prescribed a medication that is contraindicated during pregnancy. Very dissatisfied with the service although they were friendly.

This provider lied about not being able to do treatment in the same visit, even though appointment was a month away. Now I'm going to have to make another appointment eventually when I can get more time off work. Might go somewhere else.
