Unfortunately, my appointment was at 9:15am I got there early as requested at 8:50am I was not seen by the provider until almost 1030am. I live an hour away by car and I was nearly going to leave but I had been waiting for this appt. for nearly 3 1/2 months

Ms. Dawn took the time to explain to me what she thought was going on with a problem I have been having for 6 months, she had a treatment plan and different option if the treatment plan does not work but most of all she made me feel like I was being HEARD and it wasn't going in one ear and out the other!!!
