My appt was at 815 and they asked me to come in at 8. Nobody came to see me until 9. I guess I could have waited. After that, everything went very well and I was out quickly.

Provider wasn't very informative. Bedside manner could be improved. I know provider know the work but as a patient I do not know the work. So more detail should have been given or even ask my concerns.

My appointment was for 0915 but I didn't see the doctor until about 11 something. This kind of wait has happened at every appointment I have had. I realize things happen but why ask patients to arrive 15 minutes earlier than their appointment time just to wait that much longer???

I did not like your doctor. I liked the x-ray techs is, they were great. The front desk was great.

Dr Smith listened and added in his notes that my mom needs more PT to walk and that she needs to use the wedge she was given at the hospital, which her rehab facility sloughed off. I was very pleased with his proactive approach to my mom's wellbeing.

Based on what other surgeons told me while I was in ICU, Dr. Smith is an excellent surgeon and I can't dispute that. I am very healthy as a result of his work and he has been nothing but supportive and helpful and informative. I guess that's all I can say.
