The doctor is great. He explains everything to me so that I can understand it. He is extremely knowledgeable. The nurse who took my blood knew exactly what to do. I barely felt the needle. Very good medical practice.

The wait time is extremely long. While I waited no time to be called back to tbe room, it takes 30 minutes before I am seen. This is each time that I have been there. Why call the patient to the back only to for an half an hour. Perhaps this process needs to be evaluated.
