Everything was good. The person who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was nice. Doctor Shepard was great. He explained everything in a way I could understand, was knowledgeable and found some essays to incorporate light conversation.

Dr. Shepard was really personable, friendly, and made a stressful visit bearable. He explained everything and put me at ease. He had a new assistant with him and I wish I could remember her name but she was also personable and very nice. Went to this appointment very stressed out, left feeling 100% better.

I was inquisitive about things and had questions about the situation, and he took his time and explained them all, and it made me feel good, and like I could trust him because he seems to care and wants me to understand what's going on

Just that women should receive some type of numbing agent when having endometriosis biopsy done. That is not just cramps that is pure pain that if I had known ahead of time I would not have had done as it hurt and I had to drive home still hurting in stop n go traffic. I was literally puking from pain took me 3 hrs to make a 1hr drive home

Somehow, the appointment was not given at the correct time that was scheduled. I had to wait almost an hour with no information as to why. Thank you.

Only issue was I had to wait for provider for about 25 minutes. I only bring this up due to an issue of waiting over 25 minutes in the waiting room 2 appointments ago. I had to reschedule due to another appointment I had scheduled later that day

My experience was excellent with all who I encountered. The front desk was very professional and courteous. The MA Brandy was very personable. Dr. Shepard had excellent bedside manner. He was a great listener and very knowledgeable about my health history. He answered all of my questions. He did not rush me which helped me to feel at ease seeing a new provider.
