This provider, saw me and my grandson even though we were late.. They were very courteous and informative. I was very friendly and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr Riden typically has spent his time with me and my daughter during appointments; however, today I don't know what happened. He stuck his head in for literally 2 minutes and told me that my daughter's US was abnormal and then left. I did not even have time to process what he said to ask questions before he was out of the door. His MA just scheduled a 6 month follow up. Very disappointed with our visit today.

When I arrived, the check-in was smooth because I checked in online before I arrived. It was nice and clean when I entered the facility, the area. It was beautiful, quiet, and no complaints. Going back to the room, we got to the room fast. As soon as we got in, no later than five minutes later, we got to the back. Now waiting in the room, we was in the room for about 45 minutes until the doctor came in. But other than that, it was good and clean. I didn't see him wash his hands, but hey, maybe I was too tired to see it. But out of all service, I highly rate everyone to go to that facility.

Yes, hi. I was trying to get my child seen and when he went in there, I was trying to tell him what was wrong with him, like what was going on and what I had noticed. And he immediately interrupted me and told me that he was an expert, he was a doctor. And I was like, I'm also an expert too. He barely listened to what I was saying and he didn't really give me anything to help fix what's actually going on. All he did was provide us a steroid for something and said it may help, but it's a steroid for his penis and I don't really want to put a steroid on his penis. And so it wasn't anything to help with the inflammation that was around the area and he didn't fully explain it. So I walked away not really understanding and then when I asked for the doctor to come back, the nurses was like trying to explain what happened. I had another appointment I had to go to, I didn't have time to keep waiting and trying to explain to them that they needed to go.

This is the first time we were referred to Dr. Riden and this visit was EXCEPTIONAL. He balanced talking directly with my 11 year old and myself so well. He put us at ease by thoroughly explaining all angles of the medical issue that brought us in for a referral, and gave clear instructions for how to monitor and when/how to reach out if needed. We've dealt with many specialist providers during my child's life, and Dr. Riden is one of the best from both a child and parent perspective. My child left equipped to monitor and be proactive about his own care, and I left feeling heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with my child's care. I would fully recommend Dr. Riden and this practice without reservation to my family and friends.
