It was really easy to schedule the appointment and to talk to the staff and everyone was very friendly and very nice. Two things to improve, one that the appointment time confirmation, get text at the end of the call when the appointment was taken and the reminder to be text two days or three days before the appointment. The other thing also to improve is regarding the scheduling for the operations. If needed, just to have a way that you can have it faster than one to two weeks because the operation schedules take one to two months to get done. That is a long time, especially for circumcision patients

The Front desk experience was less than pleasant, when the appt was made was not told about the copay and was told at the appt of an enormus amount that was due and was bascially told I needed to reschedule if I couldnt pay. Would have like to have this information before the appt to be better prepared.

The provider and the staff were extremely kind and caring. The only feedback I would offer is that we spent a lot of time in the waiting room and in the exam room without seeing anyone. And with a toddler, this is an extremely difficult situation to deal with. And my toddler became very frustrated with the waiting time. So I would say decreasing patient waiting times would be a goal to work on for the practice. Everything else was extremely good and very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.

I arrived, signed in, was greeted by a friendly receptionist. We were in an examination room within 10 minutes. The doctor consulted with us within 15 minutes. The doctor explained the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that my son and I could understand. I was very confident he was going to help my son.

Hi. My experience and my child's experience was excellent. Everybody was well knowledgeable, very pleasant. The only thing is a female doctor with boys might be more a better solution because my son didn't feel right with a male doctor, even though I was in the room. You know, it's a boy thing. So I recommend maybe a female doctor with a male for some of the kids, for male patients.

This provider, saw me and my grandson even though we were late.. They were very courteous and informative. I was very friendly and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr Riden typically has spent his time with me and my daughter during appointments; however, today I don't know what happened. He stuck his head in for literally 2 minutes and told me that my daughter's US was abnormal and then left. I did not even have time to process what he said to ask questions before he was out of the door. His MA just scheduled a 6 month follow up. Very disappointed with our visit today.

When I arrived, the check-in was smooth because I checked in online before I arrived. It was nice and clean when I entered the facility, the area. It was beautiful, quiet, and no complaints. Going back to the room, we got to the room fast. As soon as we got in, no later than five minutes later, we got to the back. Now waiting in the room, we was in the room for about 45 minutes until the doctor came in. But other than that, it was good and clean. I didn't see him wash his hands, but hey, maybe I was too tired to see it. But out of all service, I highly rate everyone to go to that facility.

Yes, hi. I was trying to get my child seen and when he went in there, I was trying to tell him what was wrong with him, like what was going on and what I had noticed. And he immediately interrupted me and told me that he was an expert, he was a doctor. And I was like, I'm also an expert too. He barely listened to what I was saying and he didn't really give me anything to help fix what's actually going on. All he did was provide us a steroid for something and said it may help, but it's a steroid for his penis and I don't really want to put a steroid on his penis. And so it wasn't anything to help with the inflammation that was around the area and he didn't fully explain it. So I walked away not really understanding and then when I asked for the doctor to come back, the nurses was like trying to explain what happened. I had another appointment I had to go to, I didn't have time to keep waiting and trying to explain to them that they needed to go.

When I arrived, the check-in was smooth because I checked in online before I arrived. It was nice and clean when I entered the facility, the area. It was beautiful, quiet, and no complaints. Going back to the room, we got to the room fast. As soon as we got in, no later than five minutes later, we got to the back. Now waiting in the room, we was in the room for about 45 minutes until the doctor came in. But other than that, it was good and clean. I didn't see him wash his hands, but hey, maybe I was too tired to see it. But out of all service, I highly rate everyone to go to that facility.

And he immediately interrupted me and told me that he was an expert, he was a doctor. And I was like, I'm also an expert too. All he did was provide us a steroid for something and said it may help, but it's a steroid for his penis and I don't really want to put a steroid on his penis. And so it wasn't anything to help with the inflammation that was around the area and he didn't fully explain it. So I walked away not really understanding and then when I asked for the doctor to come back, the nurses was like trying to explain what happened. I had another appointment I had to go to, I didn't have time to keep waiting and trying to explain to them that they needed to go.

The provider and the staff were extremely kind and caring. The only feedback I would offer is that we spent a lot of time in the waiting room and in the exam room without seeing anyone. And with a toddler, this is an extremely difficult situation to deal with. And my toddler became very frustrated with the waiting time. So I would say decreasing patient waiting times would be a goal to work on for the practice. Everything else was extremely good and very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.

The Front desk experience was less than pleasant, when the appt was made was not told about the copay and was told at the appt of an enormus amount that was due and was bascially told I needed to reschedule if I couldnt pay. Would have like to have this information before the appt to be better prepared.

All the staff and Dr. Riden were very thorough and friendly, helped our daughter to feel comfortable at the doctor's office, and appreciated all of the information we received as well as a plan. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you.

It was really easy to schedule the appointment and to talk to the staff and everyone was very friendly and very nice. Two things to improve, one that the appointment time confirmation, get text at the end of the call when the appointment was taken and the reminder to be text two days or three days before the appointment. The other thing also to improve is regarding the scheduling for the operations. If needed, just to have a way that you can have it faster than one to two weeks because the operation schedules take one to two months to get done. That is a long time, especially for circumcision patients
