I forgot my meds in MS while in Marietta to visit my brother. The nurse/doctor did not have to do a physical exam, since I was just getting an Rx for a med I forgot.

I arrived at 9:00 I was called at 10:00 I did not see the Dr until 11:00 There were 2 people in front of me when I arrived. The doctor was nice, professional and seemed to know what to do . No one came into my room while I waited . I walked out at 10:00 to ask what was wrong. The nurse was sitting at the desk and said " you are next" That's all.

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 1.5 hours to be called back, then waited in a room more than 45 min to see the physician. Since I was instructed to be there 15 min before my appointment, I was there from 1:45PM until 4:30PM. So, I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes to see the physician for about 5 min. Most people seemed to be sick with upper respiratory illness so just being there put me at higher risk. When busy, I suggest giving people an appointment, then texting them to show up 30 minutes before you expect to be able to see them. There must be a better way. Thank you.

The delays were massive. It took us two and a half hours to see a provider and the place was not packed with patients. The front desk staff, one lady was nice, the other was brusque, distracted and hard to communicate with. The whole process felt cold, digital and focused on moving the most people through, not solving problems. In short, we will look for a different urgent care in the future.

The Doctor did not listen to me very well. He was abrupt and did not take the time to fully understand my history. The front desk abd nurses were great~ but the MD was lackluster. Would not recommend him.

The doctor seemed to be winging it... I stated up front i had no rash but have been in pain for over a week and he seemed to not have an answer except there was no rash and to see a dermatologist. I then mentioned I have implants and he said "oh that makes sense bc patients see issues after surgery from implants" but when I stated my surgery was over 20 yrs ago he went back to see a dermatologist.... even when I stated I think it's nerve related he had no explanation and ordered gabapetin and sent me home. Very disappointing with the care this time!
