So I tried coming in twice to the urgent care prior to my visit and people at the front desk were very unhelpful in terms of trying to get me signed in and working with my insurance. Even though they did end up taking it, they were very unhelpful with trying to figure out whether they took it or not. And even though they did, they did not help me, leading me to have to come in three times, three separate times to get the correct treatment and to actually be accepted. So this was the front desk's fault.

This was our first visit at this location. Normally, we go to the Delk Rd location but they were booked until the following day. It was such an easy process, when you walk in and check in and the attendant at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. It was also extremely clean! The nurse taking his vitals was quick and efficient and understanding especially when my son was hesitant on the nose swab. The doctor was kind, informative and funny. This location is awesome!

I could barely talk due to poor breathing quality. then I sat in the room pratically coughing my brains out and I heard the nurses say, does that lady need anything and NOONE even came into the room, until I came out and said that I needed to go home to use my inhaler and then the girl came in and asked if needed water. not very compassionate group of people

Since I was instructed to be there 15 min before my appointment, I was there from 1:45PM until 4:30PM. So, I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes to see the physician for about 5 min. Most people seemed to be sick with upper respiratory illness so just being there put me at higher risk. When busy, I suggest giving people an appointment, then texting them to show up 30 minutes before you expect to be able to see them. There must be a better way. Thank you.
