I went in at 8:30 am and was seen fairly quickly. The doctor recommended a CT Scan but I had to wait in the room until 12 pm to get it done.

Very excellent staff. I do like that, and unlike most urgent cares, there was a doctor on hand. It was Dr. Nguyen. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Everyone was very friendly. I didn't feel rushed. Would recommend it to anybody.

So I tried coming in twice to the urgent care prior to my visit and people at the front desk were very unhelpful in terms of trying to get me signed in and working with my insurance. Even though they did end up taking it, they were very unhelpful with trying to figure out whether they took it or not. And even though they did, they did not help me, leading me to have to come in three times, three separate times to get the correct treatment and to actually be accepted. So this was the front desk's fault.

Even though I setup an appointment for a specific time I had to wait over an hour. Seems like that defeats the whole purpose of setting up an appointment for a specific time.
