The young woman who checked me in and the one who checked me out were both very pleasant and helpful. Also the young woman who took me back and handled the initial questions and took my vitals was very good. The resident doctor who handled most of my physical was very good.

I really liked Dr Cantrell. He was kind and listened to what I said. He actually reviewed MyChart and used it as a tool instead of expecting me to remember amounts of medication I had taken in the past. If I had my choice I would change to Dr Cantrell as my PC.

Yesterday my husband and I had appointments at 1:30 and 2:00. We didn't leave until about 3:45 and the room was freezing.

I was surprised that I was seen by a doctor in training when I was expecting to see Dr Cantrell for my medical visit. She seemed to be knowledgeable but I was physically examined by her not Dr Cantrell. I was able to ask Dr Cantrell my questions but she initially relayed my questions to him.

I value Dr. Cantrell's opinion very much. He's been a very good doctor. He explains things. He's had quite a bit of changes of nurses and I guess that's what happens today. Young kids coming in and they have to be trained. But on a whole, he's been excellent. No problem whatsoever, thanks.
