I had a good experience when it comes to customer service but I still left a little confused. Should I be the one requesting an examination of my symptoms? As someone who hasn't regularly gone to the doctor, I wonder if the industry has changed so much that examinations are just not done as the first thing. I expected after talking about the severity of my symptoms that my doctor would immediately ask for an examination to confirm everything we talked about, and that didn't happen. In the end, I still was given a referral to get imaging done so I can continue care, but I left confused because I came to the doctor to get seen, not to just have a phone call conversation and sent on my way.

Dr. Anderson is fantastic. He is a thorough listener and talks you through the medications he prescribes. My entire family goes to see him. Thankfully, I am older than he is, so I won't have to worry about him retiring on me. I will retire way before he does.
