I felt like everyone cared about me as an individual. They listened and responded making sure that I understood. Dr. Anderson was very thorough. He took time to explain my options and why some options weren't recommended because of my current health condition(s) or family history. So I greatly appreciated his expertise and honesty.

To be told to come back in 3 months and then not have an appointment available for 4 1/2 months plus seems a bit extreme. Very poor scheduling management. Yes I was told I would be called if a cancellation but you cannot count on that.

It's disappointing that a provider is limited to how he can treat a patient due to unsatisfactory policies and restrictions set by the Wellstar Health System. You feel as though you are being passed around to other specialists for something that Primary Care used to take care of and treat. It is very unsatisfactory care and contradicts the oath the provider took in order to practice medicine. Which leads to a lake of care and empathy for patients. I definitely would not refer any family and friends to the Wellstar System.
