Great experience, wait time was not long. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and efficient.

Since I never been to this location, the signs were a little confusing. I didn't know where the entry door was so I actually found an employee a young man who was able to help me out and I entered through the staff doorway and he escorted me to check in and I really appreciated that. Overall, I am extremely happy with my PCP choice. She has a great staff, as well as the front desk and checkout process was seamless. Everyone was very helpful. The clinic was clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend her as a provider.

I wish that the entry back to the little bit cleaner. It looked a little questionable. I wish that I was able to see the screen of documents that I was finding before I was finding them. I wish I was able to get more details about my swapping of insurance. Some of the rooms in the back have cameras, which is very uncomfortable. But my doctor was very friendly and attentive. So I like that. I felt like I was running out of time at the end. But overall, I really enjoy her. And I go to that location specifically for her. And if you could open up the Mara location back, that would be wonderful.

Latisha the phlebotomist was amazing. She talked me through the process of drawing my blood and very kind. Also it didn't hurt like it normally has in the past. Emi the front desk staff was also very kind and greeted me. I really enjoyed feeling like family vs a patient. Dr Tekleyes is so amazing. She genuinely cares and hears my concerns and finds solutions. I'm so glad she's my doctor.

I left without even being seen. My appt was at 9 am and I waited until 9:40 am to be called back and I just left. Before leaving I told the lady i was going to leave at 9:30 and she said I hadn't been waiting that long and there was 15 dr working and asked me to give it 5 more minutes. When I didn't get called I just left. I even paid my expected fee when I arrived so it was a waste of time and money
