About Daniel Mollengarden, MD
Dr. Daniel Mollengarden graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine in Dallas, Texas. He stayed in Dallas to complete his internship in general surgery at Baylor University Medical Center and his urologic residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern.
Dr. Mollengarden’s urologic training covers the breadth of clinical and surgical urology. He has particular interests in robotic surgery, medical and surgical treatment of kidney stones, enlarged prostates, and cancer of the prostate, bladder, and kidney. He is a published author, has presented his research at national urology conferences, and is a member of the American Urological Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Mollengarden grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and is married with one child and two dogs. He enjoys the outdoors, athletics, games, and relaxing at home with his family.
