My primary physician is retiring and I was not set up with a new physician. After 20+ years, I would have expected a recommendation and a hand off to take place.

Please get a philbotamist hired as itnhad been very inconvenient to go elsewhere for a blood draw. This is not the first time I have needed to gone somewhere else.

I have not been able to see Dr Kuzio for a physical for months. I'm changing to Harbin clinic where they are much more flexible. Wellstar management has ruined a 22 year relationship.

I prepaid because I have liberty healthcare and they continue to refuse to send the bill to Liberty HealthShare. I did not get a receipt so I could submit the bill to liberty healthcare for reimbursement for my physical and now you can't even find it on my chart so I guess I will have to go back into the office and have them print out a receipt with the proper information so I can get reimbursed. And now I just got an additional bill for the blood work for $627.69 which is obscene.
