We are thankful to be treated at Wellstar locations. We typically have wonderful experiences with our providers. This is the first time we met Dr. Morales. She was very polite and extremely thorough in gathering information and examining my child. I walked out of the office confident in understanding next steps. Expressing some sympathy or giving reassurance would have given us an even better experience.

The assistant was as great as the doctor. she told us the wrong information regarding our daughter weight. We said that it seemed that she had lost a lot of weight and she told us that she was actually the same weight that she was six months ago, but it turns out she lost 9 pounds in the last six months, which is actually something very concerning, the doctor was the one who discovered the discrepancy. Dr. Morales is phenomenal and I feel so comfortable with her caring for our children. She listens well. She builds rapport with the kids and she is proactive and very knowledgeable. I really enjoy having her as our kids doctor.

I had a sick visit scheduled for about 3.30 and we had an hour wait. The front desk was telling me that, or the nurse that came in was telling me that everyone came around the same time. I guess a better way to address that would be the folks that actually arrived on time. We were actually 15 minutes early, our scene at their actual appointment time. And then if folks are late, other accommodations need to be made because I ended up being super late picking up my other kids from school. But just wanted to let you all know.
