My visit seemed rushed after waiting 30 minutes while also needing to wait on a 1 hr glucose. Cynthia was trying to have all my labs completed at Labcorp only to have the front desk clerk and who I believe to be the office manager to contradict that decision. The thought was to prevent me from being poked twice only to be poked twice anyway by the person drawing labs that day. After poking me twice and lightly torturing me to find a vein she proceeded to remove the second bandage I guess to disguise her needing to poke me twice. My experience wasn't what I'd hoped but, maybe the next one will be better.

Follow up appointment was not made. Check out desk took my papers and said I was free to go. Was on a phone call and forgot to give me paperwork for the lab and did not make my follow up appointment. I work in the medical and the phone call that she was on should have been placed on hold while she properly checked me out.
