Very upsetting to get to imaging for the ordered xray and it was nearly $350 out of pocket - after what insurance would cover. Wellstar needs to bring their patient's out of pocket costs down. Had to go without.

Having labs in a separate area with a separate line is inefficient for the patients. After spending a hour in the patient exam room and being told lab is downstairs and in another area is very frustrating. My previous PCP will have techs that come into the room to draw blood after or before the appointment. When I went downstairs to the lab area, there was 15+ people already waiting for labs...

However, I have called the practice about seven times trying to reach someone to speak with in regards to an appointment and also in regards to the nurse's office. And I was not answered at all for the all seven calls. The eighth call I was put on hold and then it hung up on me. So I would like to see some improvement with the phone answering system.

My husband and I had our initial set up appointments and were so impressed with their efficient scheduling and excellent customer service. We only waited a few minutes in the waiting room and as soon as we got into the rooms, we were seen immediately. Plus while in the waiting room, staff checked on us to make sure our needs were being met. All a welcomed surprise! We are used to at other doctors offices, being put into rooms and sitting there sometimes an hour. This is the most welcoming and efficient office we have experienced. Thank you.
