Very upsetting to get to imaging for the ordered xray and it was nearly $350 out of pocket - after what insurance would cover. Wellstar needs to bring their patient's out of pocket costs down. Had to go without.

Having labs in a separate area with a separate line is inefficient for the patients. After spending a hour in the patient exam room and being told lab is downstairs and in another area is very frustrating. My previous PCP will have techs that come into the room to draw blood after or before the appointment. When I went downstairs to the lab area, there was 15+ people already waiting for labs...
