My experience with my primary care provider, Crystal, was amazing. This is my first time as an adult visiting a primary care provider. She's very welcoming, informing, and warm.

For the first time in many years, I feel like I was actually heard by a medical professional, who didn't completely blow everything off. I am so glad I found her and have already recommended her to a friend of mine who made an appointment immediately.

Crystal Smith took the time to listen to all of my concerns and wanted to help find ways to resolve my symptoms. She had several different things to try and wants to follow up to see how things are going. She was very kind and I felt under very good care.

I would definitely recommend Crystal Smith,NP. She took the time to understand my symptoms and give me options. She recommended some labs to be able to figure out if there are any hidden cause of my hair loss and not just clump it with menopause. I felt heard and understood.

I especially Al so grateful that she offered a telemedicine visit instead of making me drive up and to a real time visit.. this saved me so much time yet allowed precious time to follow up regarding my labs and set a medical plan for my improvement . So so grateful. Looking forward to have her pretty much take care of all my primary care with specialty in menopause care in my future. WELLSTAR really needs to add her menopause speciality to her bio online under the primary care website .. WELLSTAR you are missing the mark on highlighting her strengths!
