The visit went very well, however, the medication that was prescribed isn't covered by insurance and we've been trying for three days to contact the practice to get the medication switched and we still haven't received feedback. So prompt response to these kinds of questions for follow-up to that visit would be appreciated.

Very satisfied. My son even told me that he felt well cared for compared to other medical centers we've visited. The doctor was very kind and professional. We're delighted. We need more staff like that. Thank you.

I was there for over 2 hours for a 15 month check up. That's torture trying to keep a child okay for that long. He was screaming and trying to open the door to get out. It was literally a checkup. Thank God this isn't our normal office.
