Dr. Pelaez provided us with excellent care, she was very patient in listening to our doubts and concerns and giving her recommendations, at no time did she rush the consultation but on the contrary took the time we needed with a very human approach. In addition, she treated our baby with great care. We appreciate the excellent service of Dr. Pelaez, as well as her proactive follow-up.

We were seen by the doctor within a reasonable amount of time, given our appointment time. However, after the doctor saw us, there was some medicine they needed to give to my daughter. We waited almost 40 minutes to receive this medicine. It felt like much longer than it should have been.

The check-in process needs to improve. We arrived at 10 am for a 10:30 appointment and didn't get called back until after 11am. There need to be a pre-check in process so a lot of the wait and verification can be reduced. That was a gross misuse of our time. I did not have a pleasant experience there.

The staff were all very courteous and concerned about my son's condition. The doctor was very informative and answered all of our questions. There was very little wait time before being brought back and waiting for the provider. Will go back in the future.
